Good Old-Fashioned Service… After The Sale?

As I have told all my students, even though, in my opinion, my systems are the best currently available, I still buy new gambling systems as they come on the market.

First, as smart as I may think I am (don’t ask my wife her opinion about that), I don’t know EVERYTHING about winning in the casino, so I still hope to learn something new which could help me and my students.

Second, current or prospective students will ask my opinion about the new XYZ systems they just saw on YouTube or advertised online.

I want to be able to give an informed answer.

So, several weeks ago, I bought new system from an individual (who wants everyone to believe that instead he is part of a larger mastermind group who developed this system) in Las Vegas.

There is a decent looking website with 2 or 3 legitimate sounding testimonials and quite a few YouTube videos demonstrating how the system wins at an online casino.

Actually, if I wanted to do that, I would just record as many sessions which were necessary to produce the outcome I wanted to show.

Back to my experience with this system seller.

I bought the baccarat system.

I did not properly save it on my computer and when I tried to access it again, I got an error message saying “Maximum number of downloads exceeded.”

I emailed “their” direct support address and got no response.

I then called the “company” phone number from the website and got a generic…”the party you are trying to reach is not available…” message.

I sent another, more terse email telling them (him?) I could not get what I had paid for and mentioned the fact that I have been a business consultant for over 20 years and, in the interest of helping a new business, told them they need to take better care of their customers.

Two days later I got a call and the gentleman on the line was obviously the same person who made the YouTube videos.

After 5 days, I finally could see the information I had paid for.

I tried it out at the casino.

The first few shoes went well enough but then, it cooled off.

Then, I ordered another entry level system on roulette because my wife likes to play that sometimes while waiting for a new baccarat shoe to start.

The second system contained a very confusing mixture of bet selections and money managements with not explanation about which ones to use. The baccarat system had contained just one of each.

Again, I emailed numerous times and called many times leaving messages that I could not use the roulette system because the instructions were very confusing.

About a week later, I get an email saying, “we have received your email but due to high demand for customer support, we are busy assisting other students. Your support request will be answered in the order in which it was received.”

Are you kidding me! This is a new company with a staff or more than 1? Yeah right. How many students could they have at this point?

I have literally hundreds and hundreds of students and every single one of them will tell you the same thing…” Dr. Tom ALWAYS takes my calls or gets right back if he can not answer it at that moment.”

There is NO substitute for good service and timely communication when you are serving the public. It does not matter what your service or product is.

Call me Old-Fashioned but I guarantee if you become one of my students, you will be able to reach me before the sale and AFTER I have your money.

That is the reason that 100% of my HYBRID Students were HSC (Home Study Course) students first.

Doesn't get more sincere and honest than Dr. Tom. An unparalleled commitment to personal customer service that is almost extinct in this world. Currently learning the Hybrid and from all the testimonials(that happen to NOT be on the website) that I've read it's truly a remarkable discovery if not a masterpiece of a lifelong pursuit to accomplish the virtually impossible. These methods require study and Dr. Tom is ALWAYS there either by phone or email to answer questions. He's tried EVERY system. Nothing comes close to his approach or success but there's a learning curve.
