The System
An almost unbelievable but true account of how the BacDoctor came up with a repeatable way to win 100’s of units in a SINGLE SHOE!
The following is a true story. You can choose to believe it or not.
On the evening of May 13, 2017, before going to bed, I told myself that when I woke up the next morning, I would know how to put together into one new system, a simpler and more accurate bet selection and a more profitable MM (money management) approach than I, or anyone else, had ever conceived.
For those who doubt the power of mental energy and concepting, do yourself a favor and Google: The Secret, as well as a little red book called It Works.
I have used these quantum physics principles my entire adult life to accomplish many personal and financial goals.
The core concepts for the new system were waiting for me, in my mind, when I woke up that next morning.
Over the last 6 months, I and a few serious students, have been testing and refining what we now call the HYBRID. I named it HYBRID because it combines the best money management and bet selection processes I have ever seen in one blended system.
In a recent test, one of my students sent me a detailed accounting of 104 shoes. His flat bet win rate was +55.33%.
To put that into perspective, for every 100 decisions played, you should win 10.66 units simply flat betting, meaning your edge over the house is +10.66%.
The blackjack card counters back in their “hay day” won millions in the casinos with just a +0.5% to +1.5% player’s edge. Imagine the power of a player’s edge several fold greater than the blackjack card counters.
With the MM of HYBRID, that flat bet win percentage can translate into multiple HUNDREDS of units in a single shoe.
MONEY MANAGEMENT DETAILS ABOUT HYBRID
The absolute worst MM ever devised, and one of the earliest, is the Martingale.
As most of you already know, when using a Martingale, your bet doubles after every loss… 1-2-4-8-16-32… up to the table limit, which is one reason there are table limits.
Your goal with Martingale is to win back the first ONE UNIT bet you lost. That is a terrible way to bet and the LEAST profitable MM ever.
With HYBRID, we use a (sort of) REVERSE Martingale. When we win a 1 unit bet, our next bet goes UP.
Obviously, if we keep doubling our bets following one or more wins, when we hit a loss… which we ALWAYS will… we will lose EVERYTHING.
HYBRID uses a much more sophisticated MM but literally reverses the concept of a Martingale to compound winnings instead of chasing a single win of one unit with ever-increasing bets.
Our bets do get higher as the shoe progresses but we use a set number of units for our stop loss so the larger wagers are always financed with previous winnings.
With even good systems, like my HSC (Dr. Tom’s Baccarat Home Study Course), we use a conservative MM with a risk of 7-10 units and a win goal of 4-6 units.
In the long run, a respectable profit can be made; however, for it to have a noticeable impact on our overall financial well-being, the units need to be fairly large, say $50 -$100.
With large units, it is a worthwhile outcome when we win 4-6 units and come home with $200-$500 in profit.
With HYBRID, we take that same table buy-in of $300-$500 but use just $5 units to start!
How is that better? Well, with the same amount of money at risk, we can, in a decent shoe, win 100, 200, 300 all the way up to 900 units, if we have the desire and discipline to let it run that far.
I have figured out how to LEVERAGE a relatively low number of small units… 30-70… into huge potential wins. At $5, we are only talking about $150-$350 at risk.
At that rate, your units could eventually become $10… $25… $50… all the way up to $100.
With just a few good shoes, your bankroll can double allowing you to double your unit size.
With all other systems which require a 100 unit bankroll or more, it can take a LONG TIME, at 4 units a shoe won, to build up to a 200 unit bankroll.
I NEVER dreamed that moving up from just a $5 to a $10 unit could produce such explosive profits. That is a very exciting thought and 100% doable with HYBRID.
HOW YOU CAN WIN A LOTTERY
Do you know the name Mavis Wanczyk? She is the lady from Massachusetts who won the $758.7 million dollar lottery in August 2017.
Your chances of winning THAT KIND OF LOTTERY is over 290,000,000 to 1.
With HYBRID, if you had the bankroll, (about $35,000 – $70,000 for a lifetime bankroll), you could win $91,200 with a risk of just $4,200 in a single blockbuster shoe.
This is why my student from Canada said… ”Dr. Tom, this HYBRID is the closest thing I have ever seen to hitting the lottery.”
I am not recommending that you start with $100 units. Five dollar units are just fine.
After building your bankroll at the $5 unit level, it is reasonable to eventually be able to play with larger… much larger size units.
The point is, if we could hit “mini lotteries” on a regular basis using HYBRID… we can quit wasting money on real lottery tickets which we will NEVER win anyway.
I have no doubt that some of you reading this have spent enough money buying lottery tickets to pay for the cost of the HYBRID system and to finance your casino bankroll.
DETAILS ABOUT THE HYBRID BET SELECTION
One of my motivations for putting HYBRID together was to see if I could simplify the charting process. At age 71, I was making too many costly mistakes when I got tired. The majority of my HSC students are younger and sharper than I, so they may not have that problem.
I am happy to report that the new system has 3 charting columns like HSC, but the first column is 4 times easier to calculate than it is in the HSC. Other simplifications now allow me to complete all the charting between decisions in JUST 5-7 SECONDS!
I am also aware that some of my HSC students have struggled to master the HSC which, by the way, is STILL the best system for sale anywhere at any price that I am aware of.
Even though it is many times more profitable than the HSC, HYBRID is about the same in terms of difficulty to learn as the HSC.
Normally, I can determine my next bet in 5-10 seconds which is fast enough for any table using HYBRID. With the HSC, I need at least 15 seconds between hands.
For those students who have lost a large amount of money and who have told me… ”I want to win my money back”… HYBRID could be the best answer for them.
This is the only system I would ever encourage my students to use from the beginning, if their goal were to make baccarat a full-time casino business.
I could not encourage that initial goal with the HSC because of the challenges in mastering it and the bankroll requirements discussed earlier.
Making baccarat a business can be done with the HSC system but it is definitely harder compared to making baccarat a profitable business using HYBRID.
HOW YOU CAN LEARN THIS MOST PROFITABLE SYSTEM STARTING TODAY
HYBRID is NOT for everyone and may not be for you. It is not cheap and, like the HSC, it still requires time and study to master.
My original idea was to only teach this to students in a 1 on 1 personal coaching setting.
It did start out that way, but, now after training my first few students, I found that I can give the choice of in-person or home training to new students who want to learn HYBRID.
The 1-1 training is normally provided in Baltimore Maryland, Bethlehem or Philadelphia Pennsylvania.
Training can be scheduled 6 days a week…Tuesday through Sunday… during the fall and winter and 7 days a week May to September.
I meet with students from 10 AM to 6-7 PM on training days at the hotel/motel where they or I am staying. Most of these facilities also have pleasant business centers for our use if the room does not have a suitable table and chairs.

No system developer has ever claimed that their system is capable of winning more than 10-20 units in a good shoe.
So, when I talk about winning hundreds of units in a single shoe… it does sound impossible. I would have been right there with you up until May 13th.
Sometimes something is so far out and far-fetched that maybe, just maybe, it could be true? It’s a little like the dog that is so ugly that it is almost cute.
Many will even say to themselves… ”if I ever came up with what Dr. Tom claims, I would never share or sell it for any price.” I understand and if you are having these or similar thoughts after reading my story, there is definitely nothing I could add to make you a “believer.” I would and will not even try.
